Before initiating a return, please note that most of our natural gemstones and jewelry items are handcrafted, making each product unique. All products undergo strict quality checks before shipping.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged in Transit: The item is damaged upon arrival.
  • Incorrect Product: You have received a product that does not match your order.
  • Synthetic Products: Customers are entitled to a 100% refund, return, or exchange if gemstones, jewelry, or other astrological products are proven synthetic or artificial by an approved gemological institute.
  • Incorrect or Outdated Delivery Address: Returns will not be accepted if the item was delivered to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
  • Customized Orders: Customized gemstone jewelry made to order cannot be returned.
  • Damages Due to Neglect or Improper Usage: Items damaged due to neglect or improper usage are not eligible for return.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Returns will not be accepted for packages that were not delivered due to failed delivery attempts by our courier service.
  • Package Refused by Recipient: If the recipient refuses the package upon delivery, it will not be eligible for return.
  • Sizing Issues: Please ensure you are certain about the ring size before placing an order, as returns will not be accepted for sizing issues.
  • Used or Damaged Conditions: Products returned in used or damaged conditions will not be accepted.

  • Minor Color and Design Variations: As all natural gemstones and jewelry are handcrafted, slight variations from the photographs on our website may occur and will not be considered grounds for return.
  • No Fault or Damage: If the gemstone or jewelry is not faulty or damaged, it will not be eligible for return.

Important Note: No return or exchange will be made if you are unsure about the design, size, color, carat, or weight after delivery. We encourage you to make a careful and informed decision before your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery; unfortunately, we cannot consider any emails or images sent after this period.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For claims involving incorrect products, a complete unboxing video without cuts is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return
